5 out of 5 starsHi. Firstly I thought this was a kit so I could make it myself. But regardless it’s very cute and I’ll keep it. Secondly you should know the package was destroyed around it. Just smashed. Someone taped it together. Thankfully you put air puffers around it so just a small amount of damage. Which I will repair myself.

5 out of 5 starsBeautiful shells. I’m starting a Babylonia collection and there are a lot of varieties out there. These are especially nice. They are on the bigger size (1”?), comparatively speaking, to the others I’ve gotten so far. They were packed sufficiently and shipping was … well… ship-ping. New shop - at least to me. I’m sure I’ll be back.

Frequently asked questions
Returns and Refunds Details
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase to return it for a refund (14 days for EU residents). Items must be returned in excellent condition within 7 days (30 days for EU residents).
Custom orders or wearable items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
For broken or damaged items we require at least 2 clear photos of any damage be sent to us within 3 days of you receiving your purchase.
Returned packages that are lost, stolen, not delivered, have no proof of mailing or damaged in transit will not receive a refund.
REFUNDS: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item you will be credited for the purchase price less the original shipping cost. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom and Personalized Orders
We love custom orders! We'll send you convos during the process of creating your item and also include photos when we're finished. Please note that custom orders can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks to make. We will give you an estimate on the amount of time we'll need.
We will create a custom listing for you, which you must purchase before we begin work on your item.
Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Personalized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Shipping Methods
US ORDERS: Shipping is via USPS. If you need your item shipped via Priority or Express and don't see it offered, please contact us so we can quote you a price.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipping is via USPS First Class International. Some of our items also ship via USPS Priority Mail International. If you need your item shipped via Priority International and don't see it offered, please contact us so we can quote you a price.
Lost, Missing or Delayed Packages
Please keep in mind that once a package is out of our hands we have no control over when, how or if it arrives to its destination. In the unlikely event that a package does go missing, check your order for tracking information, ask your neighbors if they got your package by mistake or contact us. We'll do all we can to help you find it.
We do not issue refunds for any packages that have been delivered, but were not received by the buyer. Please contact your local post office and/or local authorities if you suspect your package has been stolen.
